Webster Machine Works can service most rolls up to 41" in diameter x 511" long up to 40,000 pounds. We also offer turnkey roll fabrication including roll shells, heads, journals, end covers, and housings in addition to precision mechanical services including disassembly, inspection, bearing replacement, NDT, OD grinding, balancing, and rebuilds. Our technicians use induction heaters, hydraulic nuts, and the latest mounting techniques when assembling your rolls.
